Creating a ring group
A ring group lets you configure two or more devices or numbers to ring at the same time and for the same ring duration. You can create or edit a ring group from the desktop & web app, your mobile device, and through the admin portal.
How to create a ring group from the "Administrator Portal"
Users can set up ring groups as part of their extension settings in the Admin Portal.
- Click Admin Portal at the top right, then select My extension

- Go to Settings > Phone > Call rules and voicemail.
- In the My work day section, click Incoming calls
Scroll down to Ring my devices, then click the blue text to the far right of Ring my devices: Ring all togetheror Ring in order.
